Accelerate digital growth and leads generation through continuous platform development.

Summary
Starting with metso.com and then mogroup.com after the merger of Metso and Outotec, we helped improve the corporation’s online presence through a continuous development stream. Under the SAFE agile framework we worked in close collaboration with multiple partners. As the ux and design consultant we developed a new modular page system to accelerate design, content creation and management, improve ux and cx, while injecting leads generation in the user journey to participate to the company growth on digital channels.
Ecosystem orchestration
The Experience Architect takes on a holistic view of the mogroup.com touchpoint. Understanding the stakeholders’ needs from business, content, leads generation and visitor point of view, and aligning ux/ui for the best front-end and cms experience.

The ambition is to bridge seo, technical development and ux/ui to create future proof solutions without compromising quality. As a result all online communication and interactions are coherent and purposeful for the best customer experience.
Increasing leads quality
The website’s main purpose is to generate leads. To deliver qualified leads over quantity, a new demand generation strategy and framework was developed. The new strategy – fills the content gap with quality content creation workflows – enables lead-to-persona mapping to deliver relevant content – automates progressive leads scoring – facilitates behavioural visitor profiling to build rich persona interest and deliver accurate content – and leverages re-marketing automations to re-engage dormant leads.
